HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH EACH YEAR?
On average we tend to shoot about 20 weddings year over year. This is a comfortable number so we can keep our post production times down and also to provide you more attention during the year. We are actually able to meet ahead of time and get to know you a little. 

DO YOU SHOOT MY WEDDING PERSONALLY?
Yes. I, Aubrey Alexander will photograph your wedding personally. On the rare occasion sickness or an “act of God” occurs and I will not be able to make it, I will be in attendance and will not outsource your wedding. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Ah, the quintessential standoff of sales questions! What is your rate….What is your budget? We are transparent about our rates but we actually do need to know your budget too. Your budget is going to tell us several things about what you are able to do and what your expectations are. Our packages are tailored and we do not have standard packages. For your frame of reference Single day coverage starts at 3950.00 and Three day coverage starts at 9,950.00. 

WHAT ARE YOUR VIDEO DELIVERABLES?
We offer three video deliverables. A Highlight video: 3-5 Minute summary of all events covered, set to music of your choice. A Cinema Wedding Film: 15-20 Minute highly edited action movie of your best day(s). Lastly we offer a Documentary Edit: 1-Multiple Hours of long coverage of every event. The timeframe for this video(s) depends on the number and length of events. 

DO YOU PHOTOSHOP EVERY PHOTO?
Yes, mostly. We use photoshop but we will not alter every photo. We will clean up minor skin imperfections but we wont remove people altogether or trim body parts. We have an as-is philosophy but we will make a concession or two. 

CAN I REPRINT MY PHOTOS?
Yes, you have full rights for reproduction. 

DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS
Not really. Here’s the thing. An album attached to a photo contract sounds great. It sounds all inclusive and some might even throw it in as a freebie. Here’s the reality; when you get your photos you could turn those around in a couple of hours via one of many photo printing sites and get the exact album your looking for. I wont charge you a fee, whether visible or not, and you get exactly what you want because you can see it in real time. There is no back and forth and you're done in a couple hours. You would have it delivered at your house before I could even get back to you with a first round mockup. 

IS YOUR DEPOSIT NON REFUNDABLE?
Sorry no. When we reserve your spot on the calendar we are saying No to all other potential clients. 

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THE FLOW OF THE DAY?
We are as hands on as you want us to be. If you hired an amazing planner who will be on site and be your full representative we will take their lead. Otherwise we will take the reins of the schedule to make sure everything flows as planned. The last thing we all want is to be late and have to cut picture time. That’s stressful to everyone. 

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH OVERTIME?
As much as we want to be on time for every event during the day(s) that is just not reality. Here’s how we define “overtime”: Anything over 30 minutes past the out time as defined by the contract. 

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU ON THE DAY?
We will arrive early to set up. You are not charged for the time it takes for us to get in place and ready to shoot. We will meet with our couple and/or the planner to make sure the schedule has not changed last minute. As soon as we see you we begin shooting. We aim to capture everything that is important to you, and that is a lot. During our shooting we will often show you shots we have taken. We’re excited about what we do and would love to share that with you. We also think its good to keep you updated and excited about our process. During the day we will update you on the schedule and what we plan to accomplish. Look, your so out of it you dont need to think about anything! Let us do the thinking and you can sit back and just enjoy the day. Before we leave we will let you know we’re heading out and if you need anything else.

DO YOU SHOOT REHEARSAL DINNERS?
Yes. I would almost recommend it. Rehearsal dinners are more relaxed and if your friends and family are giving toasts they are more likely to let loose and give us the video gold we want for a killer wedding film. Less people means everyone is going to be more relaxed and at ease. It is worth the little extra. This gives us time to meet the entire crew so they are more relaxed with us being around them ‘on the day’. 

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?
In a normal Western style wedding you should expect 800-1000 finished photos, both a combination of color and black/white.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW PHOTOS OR VIDEO FILES?
We do not provide raw photos, outside of rare occasions but we do offer raw video files. Our multi-day event packages comes with raw video. Ask about this during your consultation. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE IT ON THE WEDDING DAY?
In the unlikely event I am not able to make it on the wedding day I am in a large network of photographers in the Atlanta area that I can reach out to. 

CAN I SPLIT MY CONTRACTED TIME BETWEEN DAYS?
Yes. This is something we can discuss in our preliminary conversation. 

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH OVERBEARING OR “EXTRA” FAMILY MEMBERS?
No one has any of these right?! We have seen it all. Moms who want to be in all the photos. Dads who need to have one more grab at the mic. Uncles who never need to be handed a mic. Aunties who think they’re in charge. Siblings who wish it were their day, and everyone knows it. Cousins who have had too much. That girlfriend who should not have come. Whoa, right! We have many stories to tell. We are respectful but firm to deliver on expectations we have as a team. 

WHAT IS YOUR PHILOSOPHY IN WORKING WITH DIFFERENT PERSONALITY TYPES?
We have had in our 13+ years of business over 350 different client couples, and some duplicates. We have seen a vast range of people, personalities types and temperaments. Our goal is to meet with you first and see what makes you a couple. How physical are you? How do you blend and what makes you individuals? These details help us to pose you in a way that makes sense for who you are as a couple. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER PHOTOS?
On paper we say 90-120 days. Depending on your wedding date it may be as soon as two weeks or it might take all 120 days. We wont rush but we will be mindful, knowing you want to see them as soon as possible. 

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes. We love to travel. We offer reduced rates based on the location. Ask about our travel policy!
